Cancellations
  • TouringBarcelona.com does not offer refunds for cancellations. Refunds may be granted in certain cases of force majeur, such as emergencies or injuries, always presenting an official document of proof.
  • Rescheduling tours may or may not be possible, depending on the availability. This is a one man operated business, I can’t guarantee to have availability for a reschedule, and tickets may not be refundable or rescheduled, depending on the terms of the conditions of the ticket seller. However, I’ll try my best to make it happen.
  • In the case of a granted cancelation refund, any commission that’s been applied by the chosen payment method that’s not refundable won’t be refunded.
