The use of public transportation is recommended for some tours within the city as it’s, not only the most sustainable option, but also convenient. Public transportation in Barcelona is fast and reliable, it’s also fairly inexpensive, so you can invest that extra money on a nice meal.

However, it’s up to you how you want to move around, we are happy that you choose the transportation that you feel more comfortable with.

Touringbarcelona.com does not charge any extra money for the service, however, transportation is not included in the tour prices, and if there’s any type of discount, it will be automatically applied to you.

Transportation

All the tours are private, make yours a unique experience.

Private Commuters

Van

Capacity for up to 6 people, plus driver and guide. The van is a great option for comfort, and it’s also very suitable for tours within the city.

The cost of the fares is the same as the car, you can opt for this one even if you’re only one or two people.

Car

Capacity for up to 2 people, plus driver and guide. This option is as comfortable and well suited for tours within the city as the van.

Note that this option is a bit more limited in availability than the van. When making the reservation of your tour, if you choose this option and there’s no availability, you’ll have the van assigned.

Minibus/Bus

The nature of this website is to offer private tours. However, you could be a large group, if that is your case, contact for information on what you need. Note that the restrictions within the city for large commuters can make it very uncomfortable touring with buses, in some cases could even make the tour unbearable.

If what you need for transportation is larger than the van, contact, so we can manage it the best way possible.

Public Transportation

This is a fairly small city, and most often than not, the time spent from site to site is rather short. The cost per fare is rather small, so this could be a very suitable option for tours within the city, as it also brings a lot of flexibility.

If you decide for this option, select public transportation on the reservation module when booking your tour.

This is an extra cost from the tour price, only if the tour that you’ve chosen does not require transportation. Also, this service needs to be within the duration of the chosen tour.

Important Notice:

All tours that require transportation have no extra cost on pick up and drop off service, it’s included in the tour transportation prices. You can be picked up and dropped off anywhere within the city, always within the duration of the tour.

The cost of the tours outside the city have increments due to distances and tolls, depending on the place we visit. When making your reservation, each tour has the total cost of the transportation marked.

If you’re willing to tailor made your tour, you’ll be given the fare price with the budget. Don’t hesitate asking for more information.

The service provided by Car and Van is provided by a small group of free lancers. They have an excellent professional background and they provide the up most professional service.

Public transportation in Barcelona is fast and convenient.
Touringbarcelona.com believes in sustainability.

Taxi

It’s fast, agile and convenient.
Taxi fares are not included in the tour price.

Private Transportation

Transportation is not included in the tour prices.
TouringBarcelona.com does not profit from transportation services, if there’s any reduction available, you’ll be granted that reduction.

Cancellations

TouringBarcelona.com does not offer refunds for cancellations, refunds could just be granted in certain cases, such as emergencies or injuries.
Rescheduling tours may or may not be possible, depending on the availability. This is a one-man operation business, I cannot guarantee to have availability for a rescheduling, and tickets may be lost, depending on the terms of the conditions of the ticket seller. However, I’ll try my best to meet your needs.
In case of a cancellation refund is granted, any commission that’s been applied by the payment method and that’s not refundable by them, won’t be refunded.

Fair Business

This is a one man operation business.
I’m a licensed tour guide, or Official Tour Guide as we say here, by the local tourism regulators of Catalonia.
All policies are well thought and applied for a sustainable business environment. Cancellation policies might not seem fair, but are essential for a sustainable ecosystem in a business like this.
TouringBarcelona.com tours income relies solely on the guided tour itself, I don’t make profit from third party services such as tickets or transportation.
I rely on my knowledge and experience, as well as the commitment to you, my clients, on doing my best to provide you with the best experience possible.
This is not only a job for me, this is also one of my many passions. Becoming a tour guide was one of the best wishes I’ve ever been granted.
